Who am I? Why am I Here?

Hello Fellow Explorers

I’m new to the travel and lifestyle blogging, but after using so many different blogs and social media sites to help me choose where to travel to next, I thought I should start my own to help my fellow teachers, travel enthusiasts and everyone else who enjoys the outdoors.

As for me, I’m Emma, live in the East Midlands with my partner John, my daughter, his two boys and our crazy golden retriever Nala. I am in my third year of teaching and loving it most of the time.

I hope for this blog to be helpful for so many. As a teacher we are all acutely aware that the price of holidays during school holiday time sky rockets, the average price of going to Centre Parcs or Forrest Cabins for a family of four can be well over a thousand pounds for a week and that’s just the accommodation, then if you throw a dog into the mix it decreases the amount of places you can even stay. As a mother I understand how being a parent can be challenging, the challenges double when co-parenting is involved. I hope to give helpful advice and funny, crazy stories on all of the above.
